Prior Exam Measurement Carryover for BI-RADS 3 Follow-Up Cases

To streamline reporting and improve consistency for follow-up cases—particularly BI-RADS 3 exams—we’ve enhanced the way prior exam measurements are managed and carried forward:

Key Enhancements:

1. Scrolling history list: View a chronological list of all size and extent measurements from previous exams carried forward
   
2. Per-location history: Each location now maintains its own measurement history
   
3. "Copy Previous" button: Quickly import unchanged measurements from the previous exam with a single click.
   
4. Checkbox selection: Users can select which prior measurements should be included in the location text within the report, giving full control over what is displayed.

Updated Procedure Marker Options for Diagnostic Modalities

Bx Clip Marker:

A Generic/Unspecified marker shape labeled "Bx Clip" is available within the Marker button selector in Diagnostic Mammo, Ultrasound, and MRI.  This option can be used when the marker shape is unrecognizable or the specific marker type is not applicable.

Number of Markers:

The Number of Markers toggle button has been redesigned to automatically update to "1" when any single procedure marker is selected.  The number of markers can be changed using the up/down buttons on the toggle switch.

1. If multiple procedure markers are selected the toggle switch is disabled and the text output in the report will specify each marker type individually.

New Admin Report Columns

Key Enhancements:

Two new columns have been added to the Admin Reports:

1. Signed - Shows the date and time the report was finalized
   
2. Recall - Indicates when the next follow-up exam is due, whether diagnostic or annual.  Once a follow-up recommendation is no longer active the field will update to reflect the next applicable recommendation

Admin Delete Tool

Key Features:

The new tool allows system administrators to delete exams directly from Ikonopedia that do not have an associated signed report.

1. For customers with an HL7 orders interface integration, the recommended method for canceling or deleting an exam should be handled in the source ordering system.
2. In situations where an order generated from RIS or EMR system cannot be canceled or deleted, the order can be deleted directly from Ikonopedia if there is no signed report associated with the exam.
   
3. This feature is not enabled by default.  Please contact the Ikonopedia support team to have this tool enabled for system administrators.

Pathology Field Update:

Within the Resolution Manager tool, the title above the yellow text field when Invasive is selected is updated to IDC.
