Install Ikonopedia browser shortcut as an App

Using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, the web shortcut for Ikonopedia can be installed to run as an App.  This allows Ikonopedia to launch as a web browser within its own browser session and without tabs, keeping the application running separately from any other web browser sessions.

  2. Click on three-dot button in top-right corner
    1. Select "Cast, Save, and Share"
    2. Select "Install page as app..."
    3. Name the app "Ikonopedia"
    4. Click on Install button

 

Microsoft Edge   A blue and green logo AI-generated content may be incorrect.

  2. Click on three-dot button in top-right corner
    1. Select "More Tools"
    2. Select "Apps"
    3. Select "Install this site as an app"
    4. Name the app "Ikonopedia"
    5. Click on Install button
    6. Select options for Pin to taskbar, Pin to Start, and Create Desktop shortcut
