Receive pathology results and enter pathology results into Ikonopedia.


Schedule Screening Mammogram (BI-RADS 1 or 2)


Step 1:

30 days before scheduled date

Send Reminder Letter for annual screening mammogram exam


Step 2:

30 days after step 1

Send SECOND Reminder Letter for annual screening mammogram exam


Step 3:

30 days after step 2

Send THIRD Reminder Letter for annual screening mammogram exam


Step 4:

60 days after step 3

Lost to Follow-up
