Ikonopedia Release: May 2020

We are pleased to announce the release of new software features which will be included in our next update scheduled for the evening of May 5th, 2020.  This document describes the new features listed below.

Show Competing Mortality With TC Risk Score

The Tyrer-Cuzick (TC) Risk Assessment now includes competing mortality (CM) in its risk assessment. The risk scores of TC Risk Assessment for both with and without competing mortality (CM) will be listed in the questionnaire answers and alert boxes.  If your organization is configured to add TC score into the report clinical section, it will be the risk score with competing mortality that is added to the report.



COVID-19 Admin Reports And COVID-19 Updates

To support our clients during the COVID-19 outbreak, we have added two new Admin Reports. We know the importance of prioritizing the scheduling of your patients and these reports will generate a list for any follow-up or annual exams that are late by one day.
  1. COVID-19:  BI-RADS 0, 3, 4, and 5 exams with Follow-Ups That Are Late
  2. COVID-19:  BI-RADS 1 and 2 exams with Follow-Ups That Are Late
Report #1 will list the patients in order by Bi-RADS starting with 5's, 4's, 0's, and then 3's. Both reports will run all exams given the Bi-RADS listed but can be narrowed down by choosing one of the options under the modality and sub-modality categories.

Additional questions can be added to the patient questionnaire to assist in gathering delay information due to COVID-19.  This is an optional feature, and a request to enable these questions can be sent to support@ikonopedia.com.

Signature Line On EQUIP Reports

For customers using Ikonopedia's EQUIP feature, a statement of "I reviewed ...." with a signature and date has been added to the EQUIP Review Analytic Reports.

Tech Eval Button - Updated Text

Within the Screening Mammogram module, the "Tech Repeat" button has been changed to "Tech Eval"

Tech Eval - Excellent Exam

An option has been added within the Tech Evaluation page to select "Excellent Exam" to inform the technologist that they have done a great job.  Selecting this checkbox WILL NOT add text to the report, but it will capture the exam and technologist information for review in Analytics and Admin Reports.

Follow Up Manager - Change To Post Biopsy Follow Up Tasks

Follow up exams that are recommended from a biopsy and are set for a due date greater than 5 months will now show up in the Bi-RADS 3 tab of Follow Up Manager. Previously the pathology results of these biopsy exams were considered as benign findings and were added to the Bi-RADS 1 and 2 tab of Follow Up Manager.
